HOW TO GET STARTED:
1. Go to the "Contact Us" page and fill out all the required information. Add any comments or questions in the space provided.
2. You will be contacted within 24 business hours as to the availability of the date. Keep in mind that I am currently booking weddings a year in advance, and other parties six months to a year ahead.
3. A "Wedding Planner" or "Event Planner" ( in Word format ) will be sent to you as well. These are worksheets for both of us, and will serve as a starting point for making your event a success! Once I receive completed planners, we can set the wheels in motion.
FUN WITH FINANCE:
1. Once the availability of your date is confirmed, it will be held with a $200 non-refundable deposit. A receipt will be sent to you within seven business days, along with an invoice for your open balance. This will be due the day of the event.
2. All pricing information is included on our planners, and is based on a standard coverage area bordered by New Hampshire to the north, the Cape Cod Canal to the south, and Worcester to the west. I've worked all the New England states, plus New York and Pennsylvania, so if you have ANY questions, ASK!
FINISHING TOUCHES:
1. Remember that NO request is too strange, whether for music or a special event you want to acknowledge during your party. I just need to know in advance! So don't be afraid to fill out those areas in the event planners.
2. You'll be contacted no less than 90 days prior to your event - and usually earlier than that. We'll set up a time and place to meet and go over EVERYTHING you need, and I'll basically fit what I do into what you want. We can also do this over the phone or by e-mail if you prefer.
3. Last minute changes are inevitable in this business, so don't panic if something unusual happens. Just keep me in the loop! And if an emergency change has to be made in music, I can't promise anything esoteric less than a week before your event. Given enough notice, I can find literally ANYTHING.
4. RELAX! At this point, all YOU have to do is show up! I promise that by the time we finish our planning meeting, you'll know exactly how your event is going to flow.
